You might try asking your question in English. Chances are you'll get
more response that way. I don't think there are too many Dutch speaking
people on the list. Besides it is a tad more polite, don't you think so
yourself?
Anyway, yes you can install Debian GNU/Linux on a P166. Depending on
what you want to do with it you might choose not to install X (the
graphical user enivironment) though, but that's up to you.
Let us know what you'll be using this machine for and most probably
you'll get sound advice on what choices are appropriate for your
situation.
One thing: depending on your level of skills with computers Debian
GNU/Linux might not be the easiest first step in the world of Linux for
you. It requires a fair level of knowledge, but if you are willing to
invest some of your time, you'll be awarded with a rock-solid and
incredibly flexible OS. Not to mention piece-of-mind and freedom...
