aa ... .bash_profile executed 100%
maybe in a .bashrc , sourced from it, the PATH changes?
bash executes /etc/profile , ~/.bash_profile , ~/.bash_login and ~/.profile
or you enabled --noprofile option
or its not your $HOME ?? thanx for listening .nya .. reading
