First off, because of an earlier thread today I will speak with a
whispering voice. (I have learned a lot about Debian packages).

But since I guess you want the info before bedtime:

The dpkg --get-selections command will display the state of packages
on your system.

I have only used this along with the --set-selections command to
change the state of a single package.

But maybe this can help you create a strategy to reinstall a big
bunch of packages.
