Don't use non-us.debian.org for security updates. The third line you
have there is fine. If you want non-US packages, use
http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US instead.
(It did formerly work by chance, when non-us.debian.org and
security.debian.org happened to be the same machine. That's not the case
now.)
