cron + Cron.d doesn't works ?

Hi,

I'm using DEBIAN Woody and cacti (DEB Package) (RRD Font End - A Must!),
cacti puts a 'cacti' file in /etc/cron.d/ directory to execute it's command
every 5 minutes.
The command : */5 * * * * www-data php4 /usr/share/cacti/cmd.php > /dev/null
2>&1

/usr/share/cacti/cmd.php works if I do it by hand but cron does no seems to
execute the command...

How can I be sure that cron works properly ?
