this looks similar to an error associated with a debconf bug that i came upon
almost a year ago. check the bug reports; maybe there's a new one. otherwise,
do a google search using the first sentence that reads 'can't locate....'
maybe you'll find something helpful there. also, try the archives at
debian.org
