Changelog on packages.debian.org

I often find myself, having done an 'apt-get update', wondering why certain packages need to be 
upgraded but find it very difficult to get information. Sometimes there's a [SECURITY] announcement 
but not always. So, I go to packages.debian.org but that's usually no help.

Wouldn't it be great if you could view the Changelog(s) directly on packages.debian.org or am I 
missing something?
