Use virtual interfaces. These are called eth0:0 to eth0:xxx.
Bring them up like normal interfaces or specify them in /etc/network/interfaces. If you get your addresses with dhcp you might run into trouble as most dhcp servers track MAC addresses, and virtual interfaces have the same MAC as the "real" one.

It will pick up the first public IP in our block automatically, but I will need to pick up the remaining 4 in order to do port forwarding for particular public ips to specific internal ips.
