tinyproxy_1.4.3-1_i386.deb

A friend of mine is having problems with the install of a Debian package 
called tinyproxy on a Woody machine.

It appears to install fine but two files are missing when installed:
  /etc/init.d/tinyproxy
  /etc/tinyproxy/tinyproxy.conf

They are listed with dpkg -L and also present in the deb file.

I was wondering if anyone has seen this kind of problem before or knows 
of this particular issue.
