mountd
I'm suddenly having problems mounting nfs shares between linux boxes.
If I'm not mistaken, by issueing the prompt rpcinfo -p , I should see
entries for the mountd service on both the server and the client, right?
However, there are no mountd entries on the client. Am I correct that
this entry indicates the mount daemon service?
If I am correct, what brings the mountd service up?
