new ssh package busted on i386?

Anyone else getting this:

willow:~# apt-get -u upgrade
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done

1 packages not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B of archives. After unpacking 0B will be used.

dpkg: error processing ssh (--configure):

I'm seeing it on woody and potato that have exhibited no other
installation problems. The Debian bugs database seems to not contain
a report for this.
