I really like info because it is very quick to start up, easily searchable, hyperlinked, editor independent, and provides a more user manual approach to documentation than the syntax reference of manpages. The result of texinfo is easily available in different formats of being online as info, html, printed in a paper book. Are we talking about the same documentation format? Bob
