Doesn't /var/log/isdn/isdnlog get rotated?

I have a large /var/log/isdn/isdnlog file. The dates in it suggests it 
does not get rotated like the other log files. The dates suggests this 
file is not rotated for months so this is not a problem with some later 
versions of the isdn deb.
Do other users do not get this file rotated?

$ ls -l /var/log/isdn/isdnlog     
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root     36702680 May 30 18:07 
/var/log/isdn/isdnlog
$

$ grep-status -s version -PX isdnutils-base
version: 1:3.1pre4-4
$
