When I made this conversion, I was working from a corporate exchange
server, so I simply moved all my .PST emails from the Local Folders
onto the INBOX on the server using Outlook, then used fetchmail to
pull them off. You can do the same with courier-imap. This way, you
won't be sending email at all.
