Using /etc/paper.config as a guide, you might try adding the line
Oficio={612 936 72 72 72 72}
The sizes are in PS points, so, 72*13=936, 72*14=1008, and 72*11=792,
and 72*8.5=612. These all gibe with the entries already there.
You may also want to check man(s) papersize, paperconf, and paperconfig
