Yes it is!  You can download the patch from the vendor's site or enable 
PROMISE PDC202{46/62/65/67/68} in your kernel configuration ({menu or 
x}config) under ATA/IDE/MF/RLL support/IDE,ATA and ATAPI Block devices 
for 2.4.18 kernels.

Reboot and it should show up and pick up your drives.  While you are at 
it install the <A href=http://evms.sourceforge.net/ EVMS </A> , it's 
pretty nice.
