package changes or disk corruption?

I ran dselect today and did an update. Been about 2 weeks since I did so. Afterwards, it reported:

I didn't do any of this, and still want all those packages installed, and am pretty sure some of the packages listed as new are already installed. What happened?!?!?!?

Did something major change in the available packages, or did my disk get corrupted?

How can I "fix" this?
