alien 7.30 and the FHS

Anyone who has alienized packages installed and is tracking unstable or
testing probably has little or no directories left in /usr/doc and
/usr/man except from any that might be part of the alien packages you've
installed.

This is just a quick note that alien 7.30 fixes this oversight. Any new
packages produced by this new version of alien (in Incoming) will have
anything in those directories moved to FHS complient locations. This is
handy, since there are plenty of non-FHS-complient rpms and stuff out
there.

The upshot is that if you want to complete the /usr/man and /usr/doc FHS
transitions on your systems with alien packages installed, you probably
can do so, by just re-alienizing them with alien 7.30.
