No, they've gone in woody. They caused too many problems.

It's a bug in the version of libapache-mod-perl in testing - there was a
discussion about this on debian-user a couple of days ago. The version
in unstable is fixed, so you could upgrade your various apache packages
to unstable to fix this for now.
