One: have an alias that points to all the users in /etc/aliases, or
whichever way your MTA handles that, and send the email to that alias.

Or,

Two: Use the Bcc: header (so as to not overload the message with an
annoyingly long To: or Cc: header). A To:, Cc: or Bcc: header can hold as
many recipients as you wany, you know (and if you did not, go read
documentation on email, and DO NOT skip the netiquette guide).
