Cannot load kde panel
Hello,
This morning, I updated my kernel to 2.4.7. I rebooted and attempted
to log into a kde session. The panel (kicker) attempted to start up
and aborted. I cannot get a panel running. My .xsession-errors is as
follows:
_KDE_IceTransmkdir: Owner of /tmp/.ICE-unix should be set to root
DCOPServer up and running.
