Free Drivers? WAS: Dual-head G450 anyone?

Speaking of which - what is the license situation with the accelerated
drivers for the G450? Does the mga driver that comes with xfree 4.0.x
support acceleration? If no, do the matrox drivers qualify as free
software, or are they one and the same?
