rpcgen has moved to libc6-dev. I'd thought problems relating to this
were fixed in libc6-dev 2.2.3-5, but obviously not; the bug tracking
system's down at the moment, so I can't check. In the meantime, try
'apt-get -o DPkg::Options::--force-overwrite -f install'.
