Help setting up USB web cam



 Hello
    I have a 'noname'  USB webcam. I am trying to get it working in
linux. I installed the module  as belo and is getting the following

active driver.

 Is there  any way I can recognise this cam .I dont have any other info
(like make model etc) with me 
 I am using 2.2.14 kernel on potato.
Also is there any video conferencing software in linux
