Hi, the problem is debconf, which has an undeclared dependency on perl5.6, if you get that to configure the rest will too. At least that's what did it for me (and a few other folks too I think). try: update-alternatives --config perl and see that perl5.6 is set tobe the default version, if/when it is try: dpkg --configure debconf Failing that <shrug> -Jon
