Just wondering if anyone knows whether this problem has been laid to rest once and for all. Recently my place of work firewalled outgoing dns traffic so my workaround (which was to use dnscache instead of bind [http://dnscache.com]) can no longer work. Surely this a bug of such significance that it should have been squashed long ago. Anyone? r.
