Nobody has been willing to risk it. So apparently most corporate lawyers
feel that the likelihood of it being enforceable outweighs any potential
benefits of trying to violate it.
The FSF has settled with several companies, typically the settlement
involves the violating party correcting the violation and the FSF agreeing
not to make a big deal about it.
