Do you use the stock ISDN drivers from the kernel? I think they are
still older than the ones from 2.0.36.
If this is the case, fetch new drivers from
ftp.suse.com/pub/isdn4linux.
If the problem still persists, you could also ask on
de.alt.comm.isdn4linux (english is OK).
