Modem 3g - Claro - ZTE MF626

Hola amigos, tengo algun problema extraño al intentar
conectarme con un modem 3g ZTE MF626, de la operadora Claro de Paraguay.

He conseguido que me reconozca el modem:
ls /dev/ttyU*
/dev/ttyUSB0

Al darle dmesg veo:

[13529.798900] usb 5-2: USB disconnect, address 6
[13529.799055] generic ttyUSB0: generic converter now disconnected from ttyUSB0
[13529.799068] usbserial_generic 5-2:1.0: device disconnected
[13677.660014] usb 5-2: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 7
[13677.805063] usb 5-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
[13677.806557] usb-storage: device ignored
[13677.806648] usbserial_generic 5-2:1.0: generic converter detected
[13677.806700] usb 5-2: generic converter now attached to ttyUSB0
[13677.806802] usb 5-2: New USB device found, idVendor=19d2, idProduct=2000

[13677.806807] usb 5-2: Product: ZTE CDMA Technologies MSM
[13677.806809] usb 5-2: Manufacturer: ZTE, Incorporated

Pero al darle: # wvdialconf

Editing `/etc/wvdial.conf'.

Scanning your serial ports for a modem.

Sorry, no modem was detected! Is it in use by another program?
Did you configure it properly with setserial?

Please read the FAQ at http://open.nit.ca/wiki/?WvDial

If you still have problems, send mail to <wvdial-list@lists.nit.ca>.

# cat /etc/wvdial.conf
[Dialer Defaults]
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0
Modem Type = Analog Modem
ISDN = 0
Phone = *99#
New PPPD = yes
Modem = /dev/ttyUSB0
Username = ctigprs
Password = ctigprs999
Baud = 460800

Alguna idea, ayuda o algo para seguir mirando?

Desde ya muchas gracias y un abrazo para todos.
