Wie meinst Du das?
Mein ICP/Vortex hat 4 Kanäle mit je 15 Platten. Das ganze habe
ich dann in 4 Raid-5 mit 13 Platte + 2 HotSpare geschaltet.
Sprich, ich habe 4#vier mal 3600 GByte.
Das ganze dann als LVM und ich habe 14,4 TByte an einer einzigen
Latte. Nun kann ich ja 4 Controller einbauen die ich dann
ebenfals zum LVM verbinden kann was dann zusammen eine Partition
von 57,5 TByte macht
Viel spaß bei einem fsck.
Anm.: Ich betreue hier in Strasbourg bei einer Firma eine Debian
Kiste die über 1200 SCSI-Platten von 300 GByte hat.
