Malwieder ein apt (gpg key) Problem

Moin Leuts,
ich bin nur per ISDN online! (Das gibt es tatsächlich noch! Bereiche in
Deutschland die nicht per DSL erreichbar sind- OT- sorry!)
Deshalb habe ich mir von einem Freund die drei aktuellen unstable DVD's
brennen lassen und wollte nun nach erfolgreichem
root@x10plus:~$apt-cdrom -d /cdrom add
mit allen DVD`s, ein
root@x10plus:~$apt-get update
und natürlich ein
root@x10plus:~$apt-get upgrade bzw. dist-upgrade
machen.
Nach dem update bekomme ich aber:

Paketlisten werden gelesen...

und damit ist ein update/upgrade natürlich wenig sinnvoll.

Das debian-security-howto habe ich gelesen, aber ich habe entweder die
entscheidende Information überlesen, oder an der richtigen Stelle falsch
gedacht ??!!
