Ich habe Sarge vom offiziellen Satz von CDs installiert.
/etc/apt/sources.list enthält auch ganz richtig die Liste der
Installations-CDs:
deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 r1 _Sarge_ - Official i386 Binary-14 (20051220)]/ unstable main
deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 r1 _Sarge_ - Official i386 Binary-13 (20051220)]/ unstable contrib main
... u.s.f. bis
deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 r1 _Sarge_ - Official i386 Binary-2 (20051220)]/ unstable main
deb cdrom:[Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 r1 _Sarge_ - Official i386 Binary-1 (20051220)]/ unstable contrib main
# apt-file update
verlangt dann auch alle diese 14 CDs nacheinander, spuckt aber die
Fehlermeldungen
# apt-file --cdrom-mount /media/cdrom1 update

und beendet sich schließlich mit exit-code 0.
Danach findet
$ apt-file search apt-file
nichts. Was mache ich falsch? Zeigen die Fehlermeldungen trotz
exit-code 0 das Scheitern von apt-file an? Wer hat Hinweise, wo ich nach
dem Fehler suchen und wie ihn beheben könnte? Sind die Debian-CDs
unvollständig?
