Du kannst auf jeden Fall mal das Debug-Level vom Apache auf Maximum
setzen und uns dann mitteilen, was in dem Error-Log steht.
Ich kriege da nur folgende Meldungen:

Sobald ich hingegen das php4 Modul auskommentiere startet apache, die
Warnungen interessieren mich im Moment auch nicht.
