Ich habe mittlerweile folgendes versucht:

- mit acpi=off booten - kein Erfolg
- Kernel meldet ja, das ACPI deisabled ist, also mit acpi=force gebotet - kein Erfolg
- im BIOS PnP OS von NO auf YES geanedert - kein Erfolg

Ich habe vorhin gesehen, dass USB wohl genau den IRQ hat, den die Netzwerkkarte will und die Netzwerkkarte genau den will, den USB hat:

Im Bios kann ich die IRQs aber nicht direkt vergeben ... das einzige was ich einstellen / umstellen kann ist entweder Auto, oder zwischen PnP PCI und ISA waehlen.
