Problem mit wshaper.htb

Ich benutze das wshaper.htb script und habe paar Schwierigkeiten damit:

1. Wenn jemand was per zB Apache was von mir downloadet, geht meine
Downloadrate in die Knie

2. Ich muss Uplink=60 reinschreiben obwohl ich 128kbps uplink habe
(dsl), sonst macht der full speed upload und dann ich gar nix mehr
downloaden, wenn es auf 60 steht dann ist die uploadrate = 14-15kb/s

Weis jemand Rat?
