Ich habe beim Wechsel auf eine größere Festplatte und somit 
Neuinstallation von LILO dasselbe Problem.
Hast du beim "map" Eintrag auch ein /mnt/hdb6 davorgesetzt?
Also z.b. aus "map=/boot/map" "map=/mnt/hdb6/boot/map"

Bei mir hats geholfen.

Es geht da zwar um ein HardDisk Upgrade, aber das Prinzip ist das 
gleiche, nämlich Lilo von einer BootCD aus installieren.
