Hab gerade mal alle meine Partitionen mittels "e2fsck -fpv /dev/hdax"
überprüfen lassen, aber keine Fehler. Das Dateisystem - ext3 bei einem
2.4.20er Kernel - scheint konsistent zu sein.

hm, bei mir ergibt sich dadurch keine Änderung in der Sachlage, leider.
Mir fällt noch ein, dass die Aufrufe von "make xconfig" und "make
config" in den Kernelquellen funktionieren, aber eben das bei mir
beliebtere "make menuconfig" keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten bietet.
Nachfolgend ein Ausdruck der laufenden Prozesse bei gestartetem
menuconfig, weiß nicht wie das normalerweise auszusehen hat. Die
config.in existiert definitiv.

Das einzige Programm - welches mir momentan in dem Zusammenhang einfällt
- - mit dem ich experimentiert habe ist linuxconf. Vielleicht sollte ich
mir das noch einmal ansehen.
