In der Cross-Installationsanleitung steht ziemlich deutlich:
| You can mount the proc file system multiple times and to arbitrary
| locations, though /proc is customary. If you didn't use mount -a, be
| sure to mount proc before continuing:
| # mount -t proc proc /proc
Und ja, dann nutzen beide Distributionen das gleiche /proc.
