J'ai copié le fichier config.cfg des paquets deb vers le fichier default.cfg 
dans l'un des répertoires de recherche (~/.q3a/demota/default.cfg).
Ca va un peu plus loin mais j'ai toujours une longue sortie dont voici un 
extrait (je coupe):
