hola,

pel que sembla l'autentificacio va be, pero no troba el teu
nom. pot-ser que no tens configurat el name service switch?
assegura-t' que esta instalat el paquet libnss-ldap i que al
fitxer /etc/nsswitch.conf esta configurat el ldap per a passwd, group
i shadow:

passwd:    files ldap
group:     files ldap
shadow:    files ldap

aixi es buscaria l'informacio dels usuaris primer als fitxers
(/etc/passwd, group, shadow), i si no es troba es busca al ldap
