"manpages-dev".

Be aware though that TeXinfo rather than man is the preferred documentation
format for the GNU project; the info documentation is much more likely to be
extensive and up to date. (E.g. the GNU C library documentation is 900+
pages A4).

You may want to consider using a unified documentation interface like "dwww"
or "dhelp".
