Your reverse DNS is not configured:

$ nslookup shao.penguinpowered.com
Server:  localhost
Address:  127.0.0.1

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    shao.penguinpowered.com
Address:  203.63.219.177

$ nslookup 203.63.219.177
Server:  localhost
Address:  127.0.0.1

*** localhost can't find 203.63.219.177: Non-existent host/domain
$ 


The lookup of the IP address must match the hostname given for many mail
servers.
