Your right, they changed the dir names from
'development'/'shipping' to 'unsupported'/'supported'. Its been a
long time since I dl'ed NS from their ftp site. Here is the full
path to the v4.5, glibc2 version I used:
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/4.5/english/unix/unsupported/linux20_glibc2/complete_install/communicator-v45-export.x86-unknown-linux2.0glibc.tar.gz
