I used Knoppix for an installer and upgraded to Unstable, but setting up the
printer was easy after that.
I picked Control Center | Perpherals | Printers. Selected CUPS, Add | Add
Printer/Class and followed the wizard. There were about 8 drivers for my
printer.
The hard part for me was sharing the printer over the network. I kept
thinking I had to *do* something to make the printer available. The printer
was available. All I had to do was set the permissions. Once the printer is
set up, look under Printer Server | Configure Server | Security.
