If you want a cell phone, try the new Kyrocera (sp?). It's fully integrated. 
It's got a slight battery problem in 1.0, in that when the battery needs 
recharged it deletes all the memory. They're supposed to come out with a 
patch for that bug any day. Other than that, it's the cat's meow of PDAs. 
Screen size is reduced from a normal PDA.

I've heard it can. There was an article about this somewhere off of PDABuzz I 
think.
