 Well, it must be either Exim or procmail!   Given that each time I have
 tried to mail you personaly it has bounced back, I suspect exim but.....
 
 Start from scratch - you have exim and procmail both installed?
 
 Is exim listening? Do 
 
 telnet localhost 25 
 
 you should get.......

 Does your exim.conf contain a section like this?
