NIS configuration problem

Hi all,

i'm trying to activate nis on 2 servers (for X reason).
Master server is 'nix_master' and the slave is 'nis_slave' on the example.

Well, i have some problems.

Why i get the next message when i do a make on /var/yp ?

Jul 5 15:39:43 nis_slave ypserv[17210]: ypproc_xfr: refuse to transfer
ypservers from
192.168.1.3, map doesn't exist

i have 192.168.1.3 resolution (which is in /etc/hosts) on ypservers at the
same dir.

- --- 2th question ---

i have added a user using adduser command, well, for getting yp_database
update i must do (i think) a make on the /var/yp directory ... (or add this
one on the dbm db manualy, which is not the best solution i think). Ideas?

could be great some help.

- ---- Configuration:

both Debian 2.2 potato with 2.2.16

* Master ypservers:
localname
nis_slave

* Master & slave /etc/yp.conf just which come with tipical instalation

NOTE:

By the way, i got this working if
1 i configure master with no slaves
2 i do the make
3 i add the slave manualy on the file
4 relaunch master
5 relaunch slave
