Please stop pressuring people to solve your problems, this is quite
annoying, to be honest.
As for your problem, --force-overwrite is an option that needs to passed
to dpkg, not pbuilder and to make sure, the option is passed to dpkg,
you need to change the APT_GET variable to include the option:
APT_GET="apt-get --no-install-recommends -y -o
Debug::pkgProblemResolver=true -o Debug::pkgDepCache::Marker=1 -o
Debug::pkgDepCache::AutoInstall=1 -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite""
