Upgrading texlive-fonts-extra takes incredibly long (>20'),
and slows down all other processes.

This issue has been reported before, and has been transferred
to dpkg, https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=923423.

May I kindly ask the texlive-fonts-extra maintainers to abstain
from further upgrades until the dpkg issue is solved?

Please don't report bogus reports in RC severities when there is nothing
we can do. The uploads fix other RC bugs and are in preparation for the
release.

You can disable fsync to speed up the installation, see the program
eatmydata.

Anyway, nothing TeX Live related, thus closing this bug.
