dvips <-> bibtex in bug 520920

Hi Frank,

(I hope you read that)

checking the seecurity issues I see that the bibtex seems to be fixed in 2009,
but in the changelog of texlive-bin (from svn blame)
  4326      frank     - dvips: Upstream added a patch that closes: #520920
Now the question is: Has it really been fixed, did someone try, or should
here be a different bug nubmer and the dvips was a different bug?
